for Agricultural Machineries

Job Description:

              The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in managing the procurement operations of Mega SK, ensuring that the company has access to the necessary products and materials to meet market demands and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management:

    • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.

    • Continuously assess supplier performance, quality, and reliability.

  • Procurement Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with the company's goals, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.

    • Optimize the procurement process to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

  • Inventory Management:

    • Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock turnover and minimizing carrying costs.

    • Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts.

  • Cost Negotiation:

    • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure competitive and favorable deals.

    • Actively seek cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing and supplier selection.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all procured products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.

  • Compliance:

    • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

    • Keep abreast of industry regulations and trends affecting procurement.

  • Procurement Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.

    • Generate reports for management on procurement-related KPIs and insights.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and develop a procurement team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in procurement management, ideally within the agricultural, industrial, or construction machinery industry.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers.

  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
