Business Development Associate
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to expand market presence and strengthen client and partner relationships. This role combines strategy, market research, client engagement, and hands-on fieldwork across multiple teams to identify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research
● Conduct in-depth market research to assess the potential for launching new products in target markets.
● Analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
● Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
2. Product Study & Development
● Develop comprehensive knowledge of newly launched products, including specifications, features, functionalities, and benefits.
● Understand product applications and operational procedures to effectively communicate with dealers, agents, and customers.
● Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify positioning and unique selling points.
3. Delear Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with dealers to support business growth.
● Conduct regular dealer visits to align on sales targets, product updates, and operational needs.
● Act as the primary liaison between the company and dealers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
● Gather feedback from dealers to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
4. Product Knowledge Sharing & Promotion
● Ensure agents and dealers receive comprehensive, up-to-date product knowledge.
● Actively promote newly launched products and maintain continuous communication regarding updates, features, and availability.
5. After-Sales Support
● Coordinate with suppliers to manage spare parts support, including tracking lead times to ensure timely service and warranty repairs.
● Work closely with the repair/technical team to gather accurate information on spare parts and technical issues.
● Provide suppliers with necessary documentation, including photos and technical details.
6. Agent & Customer Support
● Handle inquiries and concerns from agents regarding discount requests and operational issues, following the management instructions.
● Manage charges for backload units and ensure approvals are processed correctly.
● Support customer concerns by coordinating with the technical team and guiding customers on product features and operational procedures.
● Ensure a positive customer experience through timely follow-ups and clear communication.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
● Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with agricultural equipment, tools, and field operations.
● Must be able to drive and hold a valid professional driver’s license.
● Willingness to travel frequently and work across multiple site locations.
● Physically fit and capable of fieldwork responsibilities.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Saturday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
